Return & Refund Policy

At Qalb Living, we strive to provide high-quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following terms.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Include proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice).

  • Not be damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.

  • Products damaged due to improper use or negligence.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Qalb Living will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our return policy.
